About Royal Jelly: How do you know the quality?

 

Good quality royal jelly must meet 4 requirements:
1. The color must be light yellow to yellow. the fresher the color, the lighter yellow it is. But long time transfer without freezing, that will make the color change a little.
2. The taste must be more spicy, stronger plain taste, after that you can feel a little sweet. If no so strong taste but more sweet or plain taste, that might not be of good quality or 100% pure Royal Jelly.
