- Double Queen or Reserve Queen Setup: Place one comb and one queen in the device. Adjust the comb after eggs are full. More convenient than isolation plate type double queen setups, reduces swarming and bee theft.
- Age-Appropriate Transplanted Egg Comb: Place a comb in the controller and move larvae on the fourth day after first day. Can be moved for three days. After adjusting the comb, push inward. Benefits include concentrated larvae with adequate feeding, saving labor and time.
- Box-Type Queen Lure: When introducing new queen, close movable film for half the bee colony's odor. New queen can still lay eggs normally.
- Honey Production Increase: Place queen bee in controller before honey flow to limit spawning and increase production. Can also add more boxes to increase bee population.
