This cassette is the most essential and unique part of the Nicot queen rearing system. The cassette is placed into an existing frame with removable cell cups inserted. The queen is then placed inside the cassette and allowed to lay only in the provided cell cups, making grafting larvae unnecessary. The queen is then released, and the beekeeper now has the precise age larvae for queen rearing.
