Apply 1-2 strips for a 10-frame comb hive, hanging over the main beeway. After 7 days, replace with another strip. Applying 2 times constitutes a complete treatment course. Adjust dosage based on hive conditions such as fewer than 10-frame combs or heavy bee mite infestation. Do not apply during honey flow period.

Made from tau-fluvalinate, this is a contact and ingestion acaricide with no volatility. It exhibits killing effect when touched and conveyed to varroa mites by bees. The varroas become poisoned, weakened, and killed, eventually falling down. The process requires sufficient time and takes effect hours after hanging. Treatment duration should be 21-28 days during no larvae period.

This plastic strip serves as the carrier, loaded with light yellow coating whose surface features granular powder. Expiry: 2 years.

Trial Required: Test on 2-3 colonies before full yard application. Observe for 48 hours before planning treatment.

Dosage: One piece for 4-comb hive, hung in main bee path away from hives. Two pieces for 5-8 comb hive, positioned diagonally between third/fourth and sixth/seventh combs. Adjust for 10+ combs.

Timing: Applicable year-round. Optimal timing is before spring reproduction and after autumn honey harvest. Most effective during no larvae period. During larvae exiting period, extend treatment to 6-8 weeks.
